of trains and ferries. Regular stops will be made for passengers who wish

EU PACKAGE DIRECTIVE
It is a provision of this legislation that bookings that fall within its
scope be protected and clients' money held in trust until such time as
the tour has been completed. This is to protect passengers from the company's
insolvency. We have arranged for passenger's money to be held at the Bank
of Scotland, Park Circus Place, Glasgow, G3 6AN. An independent trustee
has been appointed to administer this account.
CANCELLATIONS
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour where the minimum number
of passengers is not met. In such cases the limit of the Companys' liability
to the Passenger is the return of any monies paid by the Passenger for
the element of the holiday booked by the Company. In the unlikely event
of cancellation by the Company we will endeavour to provide a minimum
of 4 weeks notice. Where the Passenger cancels the tour reservation the
effective date of cancellation will be the date on which the Company receives
written notification of the Passengers' intention to cancel their tour
reservation. In the event of cancellation by the Passenger a cancellation
